My cutlery courses are high-end courses offered in a gift box. I prioritize time, support, exchange, kindness and sharing. For a question of quality and comfort, the courses are aimed at a single person at the same time or even two people if you come with friends or family.

I offer you several training courses to imagine, manufacture and forge your knife with the choice of materials for making the handle and traditional carbon, stainless steel or damascus steel for the blade. You will share in my workshop a moment of know-how and passion of more than 25 years.
